It may come as no surprise that Scott’s entrepreneurial spirit came early. As a young boy, Scott mowed 16 lawns each week throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall where he learned the value of hard work – a lesson that has stuck with him to this day. When he isn’t coming up with big ideas at the office, Scott can be found spending time with his wife, Erin, and 4 children and mountain biking.

What are you surprisingly good at? Ponytails… really… two sisters, mom, wife and three daughters. Yep.
Kansas City native, and Transaction Review Team member, Stacy Callaghan is a familiar face at Platinum Realty. She first joined us as a real estate agent in 2007! Stacy is remarkably experienced in the real estate industry, she started as an investor with multi- dweelings over 25 years ago. Stacy enjoys a fun work atmosphere with a lot of positive vibes. Outside of work, Stacy likes to escape to the lake with her family.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you? I have a fraternal twin sister. We do look more identical, so be careful because we still like to trick people from time to time.
What is your grand, audacious goal? Skydiving is on the bucket list.
Julaina grew up in a big family (6 siblings) from the very small town of Greenwood, Nebraska (pop. 500). She recently graduated with a bachelor’s in marketing from Peru State College, and has strong communications skills. Julaina is a team player who uses her skills to help her connect to people and understand their needs and concerns. We are happy to have her on the Business Administration Team!
What is your guilty pleasure? Shopping for new makeup. One day I hope to have my own cosmetics brand.
What’s the top destination on your must-visit list? I have already traveled to 4 different countries and all over the United States, however the top destination to visit would be Bali, Indonesia.
After 20 years in Colorado Julie hung up her skis to return to the Midwest. Her wealth of knowledge gained in previous real estate managerial roles makes her a valuable asset to our transaction review team! While Julie demeanor is kind and sweet, she also loves to rock out to 70’s and 80’s music. She is an immensely proud mom and new grandma.
What is your grand, audacious goal? Travel throughout Europe

Always ready with a one-liner, Skyler brings a positive attitude and good energy to the team at Platinum Realty. She grew up in Atlanta and recently moved to the Midwest. She truly enjoys helping people and is energized by adding value to the team. Skyler is able to quickly tackle new challenges and we are happy to have her on the Business Administration team!
What is your grand, audacious goal? To one day run a non-profit helping those less fortunate than I.
What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend? Binging Netflix, volunteering, or spending time with loved ones.
A native to Kansas City, Debi Lemmon has been a real estate agent in the area for many years. A natural fit for our Agent Support Team, Debi gets energized by working around people with the same goal of helping our agents. Debi tends to be diplomatic and always does her best to produce win-win outcomes.
What is your guilty pleasure? Carmel coated with dark chocolate and sea salt!
What is your grand audacious goal? To be a (good) singer!
Rob began his real estate sales career in 1996 and has been in various leadership roles in the industry for the past eighteen years. Rob’s strong leadership skills, charisma and track record of being trustworthy and a straight shooter, make him a wonderful addition to the team at Platinum Realty. Away from work, you may find Rob playing golf with his wife, or watching sports.
What energizes you at work? Helping others reach goals for themselves and their families to improve their financial ability to give and provide.
What’s your guilty pleasure? Good bourbon and an even better cigar.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you? I was the director of my church youth and children’s departments for several years.
While you’ll find Connor to be skilled and efficient on the job, you may be surprised to learn he is also a talented actor away from Platinum! He received a master’s in acting and a bachelor’s in writing, studying in Springfield, MO, and London. His attention to detail, education, and reliability make him an asset to the Transaction Review Team!

What is something you are really proud of? Getting to perform on Shakespeare’s Globe Stage as part of the school
A long way from her home state of Oregon, this fun-loving, creative and resourceful team member fits right in as part of our Marketing Department. With a BA in International Business, some of Mary’s most memorable life moments include abroad experiences like walking on the Great Wall of China and visiting the Sydney Opera House. Away from the office you’ll often find her working on DIY projects or attending one of her children’s many sporting events.
What is your grand goal? Raising my kids to be happy, healthy and caring adults
What is your biggest pet peeve? Unapproachable people
Veronica’s last name loosely translates to ‘Jack of all trades’ and coincidently this is often how she’s described. As Manager of the Business Administration Team, Veronica uses her many talents to coordinate agent onboarding and help the office run smoothly. Some day Veronica would like to own a business focusing on reusing and reselling well-made items, hosting events and supporting local communities.

Fueled by coffee and bringing on new agents, Business Development Specialist Matt Tuma joins the Platinum Realty family with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Embracing his surplus of tenacity, Matt is ready to help Platinum Realty reach new heights. Away from the grind, Matt stays active by cycling and working out and enjoys spending time with his kids.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you? I lived in Australia for 2 years in the 90s.
What’s your guilty pleasure? Peanut butter and mid-century modern furniture.
Where did you grow up and what was it like? I grew up in Phoenix, AZ and I really love the hot weather and predictable climate…it’s always sunny there!
The self-proclaimed mama’s boy, has been with Platinum Realty nearly from the start. In fact, he was agent #11. Professionally, Dennis is passionate about creating an environment where people are appreciated and successful. This passion is demonstrated daily as a Business Development Specialist.

Which words best describe you? Level-headed, hard working, confident and compassionate
Growing up, Tamara always wanted to be an accountant. And true to her tenacious personality, she set out to achieve her dreams with hard work, first obtaining an AAS in Accounting then a bachelors degree in business administration and then going back to obtain her CNA. Her ultimate goal in life is a carefree retirement, but until then her passion to lead by example coupled with her determined and courageous personality is a welcome addition to the Platinum Realty team.
Tell us about your family and/or anyone that is important to you. My children and my grandchildren are the reason I do all that I have done and will continue to do so that will know that anything is possible to dream and achieve.
What is your biggest pet peeve? Repeating myself, being misinterpreted.
Vinique was raised in the Waldo area of Kansas City, Missouri, where she remembers fishing on Saturdays and helping her parents with DIY projects. Her work experience ranges from loss mitigation to mortgage loan processing. Vinique’s vast experience and positive energy have helped her quickly succeed on the Transaction Review team.
What did you study: I was a BFA dance major at UMKC, Performing Arts Program
What are you surprisingly good at: shooting pool and fishing
From the banks of the Mississippi River in Quincy, Illinois, Jennifer made the move to Kansas City to join our company! She brings extensive experience in graphic design, photography and video production to our marketing team and we are thrilled to have her. Professionally, Jennifer is passionate about upholding integrity and always strives to produce quality content that is both effective and engaging. Away from work, she is passionate about doing service work with youth and veteran initiatives.
What is a favorite pastime? I enjoy kayaking with my dog. Since I’m new to the area, I’m excited to explore some local spots.
What is something you are really proud of? I am really proud of Buzz Off Cancer, an event that I founded to help alleviate financial difficulties for cancer patients in the Quincy community. In the first two years we had 40 people shave their heads and raised 60k. I have pictures of my shaved head if anyone wants to see them!
Originally from the Bay Area of California, you’ll find Brandi to be open-minded, creative and versatile. She comes to Platinum Realty with several years of experience as an executive assistance and personal banker specialist. Her calm and positive nature serve her well in her role on the Transaction Review Team.
What are you surprisingly good at? I’m really good at video games, even though I haven’t owned any gaming systems in years.
What are you most passionate about? Fashion, art, entrepreneurship, investing in my community and mental health.
You’ll quickly learn that Sarah is sweet, smart and resourceful, but might be surprised to learn that she is a powerlifter and has a masters of music performance in horn. She grew up in Dayton, Ohio and made her way to Kansas City to study at UMKC.
What are some jobs you’ve held? Cashier/Barista at Panera Bread and Sales Leader at Pier 1 Imports
What is something you are surprisingly good at? Finding good sales at stores, baking, and cooking
A small town boy with big dreams, Curtis left Atchison, KS after high school to pursue scholastic success. He earned a BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, his MBA from Southern Methodist University, and has his CMA designation. Curtis was once known as “Spider” after a summer job building a bridge revealed his climbing ability. When he discovered the fascinating world of finance and accounting, his new nickname became “Beans”.
What are you surprisingly good at? All racquet sports
What are you most passionate about professionally? Accuracy
Donna graduated #2 in her high school class. Now, she is equally high-achieving in her role on our Transaction Review Team. She’s also a licensed real estate agent in Kansas and Missouri. Donna describes herself as happy and disciplined and stays busy outside of work with her 8 children, grandchildren, new husband and friends.
